That'd be better than integrated. I'd avoid the 1050 you mentioned above, the 2GB VRAM on those absolutely chokes them in any modern titles, the 970 has (functionally) 3.5GB VRAM so it should fare better. 

Can't buy a new one for that price.

Check whats on the used market near you. Dont buy new, the new cards at that price cant do much. Also, the 12100 has integrated graphics, so you can use that.

You're not going to find anything appreciably better than your integrated graphics for that price, even on the used market.

 

I recommend you turn graphics quality down and keep saving your money.
