Found a hd 7570 in gargabe works but only arrtifacts till it loads the driver

So the other day i found a ATI 7570 and it was artifacting and windows installled the driver and all the artifacts went away and leaving the card with the driver working perfectly fine no problems but couldnt get into bios

i tried reflowing the gpu and it worked temp but then after a day it broke again only working when the drivers are installed

any clue what could be wrong with this card?

You already tried reflowing it... and it didn't take.
Thats enough justification to spend my own time elsewhere with more important things like finding another gem to fix.
It's dead Jim, find another bargain.

Replacing the silicon die with a known good one is the proper way of fixing it.

Reflowing is not a fix, and is always temporary.

also found a gtx 260 but have no video cables for it

however the card works flawlessly with the drivers so i mean technially i  could still use it
