Budget (including currency): Current PC worth + 200ish

Country: Latvia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: GTA V, CSGO, Warzone, Apex and some streaming/editing

Other details

CPU - i3-10105F

MB - Gigabyte H410M S2H V2

RAM - 8GB (4GB x2) Planning on going 16GB

GPU - ZOTAC GTX 1060 6GB

PSU - Xilence (I know I know... Im already looking in to a good one xd)

STORAGE - 2x HDD + 1x SSD (plan on going m.2 cause the board allows it)

So... Few months ago I upgraded my pc, which was a downright mess, but now I feel like as I need more xD

I had an i5 4690 w/ gtx 750 ti which bombed and I could mainly only get like 100fps everywhere.

Should I upgrade? And what should the upgrades look like? Or am I ahead of myself?

Im looking at an Windforce GTX 1070 8GB for 140eur (used ofc), but is it a worth while upgrade?

Dont know about CPU path... Maybe i5 12k? But I dont think it would be a "well worth" upgrade.

HELP XD

The big issue with a 4690 is there could be a thread shortage depending on what you play.  There aren’t any ddr3 more than 8 thread CPUs that I know of though so there’s not much worth saving. $200 (unsurprisingly) won’t build anything better than what you have now though. If it would, they would t be offering you $200 for your machine, they’d be buying the other thing instead.  There was a period where even old GPUs were worth a lot of money.  That time is gone though.  There is the 10th gen intel machine though.  The first question is what do you have for a monitor, and how do you feel about not selling it and just dropping a dGPU in it?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Old pc had more video card than the new one though. Probably actually worth more. The new system needs a dGPU but there’s no budget for that. Even a 570 or something would help a lot. GPUs follow monitors though.

What do you mean… A 750 ti 2gb was better than a gtx 1060 6gb? In no way shape or form that is correct

ALSO SIDE QUESTION

Im stuck between a hard choice. Which PSU?Pure Power 11 400w

Pure Power L8 630w

the 400w is in midrange recomended, but 630w is in low tier/cheap mid tier. And it only shows L8 is low tier around and below 350w… so it counts as still low tear or better?)
