capture card for streaming pc

ive been liking streaming and im thinking about making another pc dedicated just for streaming my current gaming rig set up is i7 8700k rtx 3070 32gb ram with a 240hz 1440p monitor i was looking at elgatos but they only support 1440p 144hz..

 

my streaming pc will consist of lga 1150 i5 4670 and 16gb of ram and a rx580 any help thanks
