What power management mode to use?

Is it a laptop or a desktop? On a laptop, maximum performance will use up the battery faster. On a desktop, power consumption doesn't usually matter so maximum performance makes sense to use.

Go Performance, especially if you're a gamer. I'm no, use mainly a laptop and use Maximum Performance anyways.

Less battery time but I've never not made it through a day, but I do have the advantage of usually being where I can give it a quick charging, even if at the expense of an overpriced cup of coffee and chocolate chip cookie or two.
