PC Suggestions for Animation

Budget (including currency): $2000 but am willing to go slightly over if needed

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I'm looking for something good for 3D animation and design, capable of running blender, unreal, and adobe suite, but also capable of running games, I mostly play single player rpg games

Other details: currently using a gaming laptop with a GTX 1050 and i7-7700HQ, I also have an external 8TB drive that I use, so I'm not worried about increasing storage, I just put whatever I need onto my computer when I need it. I have two monitors currently that I use, a very bad 1080p 60hz monitor and a goamon drawing tablet, but I want to get another monitor down the line. I already have most of the peripherals that I need.

Here is what I have picked out currently: (I have an 4080 in here because all of the listings for 3080s or 3090s on pcpartpicker are about the same price)

How about this? https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dQ83Q6

the 7900xt is much closer to a 3090ti in performance but is actually avaliable at a resonable price so its probably the best buy at the moment if you want something high end but still a bit cheaper than a 4080. the 12600kf still has almost all the performance of a 12700kf at a much better price. I also went for a cheaper z690 motherboard with all the same features, and a slightly cheaper SSD which brings the whole build down to within your budget

System: AMD R7 5700g (OC to 4.45GHz fixed clock) / Noctua NH-D15 / Gigabyte B550 Gaming X V2 / Gigabyte Waterforce WB RTX 2080 Ti / Crucial 4x8GB DDR4 (OC to 3800MHz Cl16) / 1TB Samsung 970 Evo Plus / Corsair 4000D airflow / Corsair TX650M / BenQ Mobius EX2510 24.5" 1080p 144Hz

Thank you, just one question about this, since I am also looking into 3D animation, doesn't Nvidia blow AMD out of the water in that department?
