Can't download attachments.

Opera 93, Chrome 108.0.5359.125, and Windows 10. 

Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

Click on the attachment to download

 

What happened?

I noticed yesterday and this morning I can't download attachments anymore. It leads me to a broken link.

 

What did you expect to happen?

I was hoping it would download the attachments.

Second post from the bottom, I can't download the user's HWinfo log.

8th post from the bottom, I shared Boardview files and can't get any of them either. The .cad file and the pdf won't download. Just takes me to a broken link. I went back to this when the log from Meddis wouldn't load to see if it was an issue with how they uploaded or all files having issues. Pictures are loading correctly for me, it's just file downloads.

Any other relevant details:

I've cleared cache and cookies on both browsers. This is a work computer so I'm limited on what information I can pull off of it and what settings I can access/change.

 

If it's a cloudflare error, what was the ray ID from the bottom of the error page?
