Solved by Coolmaster,
I figured out the issue. It turns out to be something with my motherboard's onboard audio. I plugged my speakers into my monitor's audio output and they sound fine, since that output uses the audio from the GPU. I guess if you're thinking about getting the Gigabyte X570SI Aorus Pro you should watch out for that.
