rx6800xt Is this coil whine?

Hello guys,

just bought new video card and now i'm hearing this buzz-like noise. I think that is coil-whine/buzz.

My PSU is 850w Seassonic gold+, GPU Powercolor rx6800xt red devil.

Edit: I forgot to mention that i started to hear same noise in my speakers when gpu is on heavy load.

I have the same problem with my ASRock 6800XT Taichi... Try R6Siege... Ist a coil whine feast

Damn, this was recorded with Heaven benchmark running with 300+ fps. If i limit the card to 75 fps it is ok but i don't want to gimp my monitor Hz.

I guess i will try to return the card and get MSI or Asus.

Yea, try that sadly I bought mine when it was chap and I had no time to test ist properly, so I'm stuck with it. But it's not to bad when the case is closed and fps are still great

I will try some tricks trying to solve the problem i have ten days before i lose my right to return the card.

just to report. After like 40 hours of stressing GPU with Heaven benchmark, whine is like 70-80% less noisy. I guess i will leave the card
