so right now i have an asrock motherboard and a 3570k, what processor and motherboard should i upgrade to?

Uh you should be upgrading that monitor first to 1080p or 1440p.

i agree with this guy even though hes a devils fan

Oops tired and did not see the 1st monitor listed. Well then upgrade to a 1440p monitor then or higher and then see what you need from your rig in other areas to improve things and I bet the first place you would change things then would be at gpus.

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S

I am going to ask the same thing. Why do you feel the need to upgrade? What game or program is not performing well enough that you need to think about getting something else?

i play alot of bf4 and my cpu usage goes up to 99 sometimes when streaming

Do a search on BF4 and cpu usage and you will see lots of problems with this game in relation to it and cpu usage. You may need a game fix/work around to help things get better. I don't know this for a fact but based on the little I read in a minute an upgrade for you might not be the answer here.

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S

What program are you using.

It shouldn't be using 99% of your CPU.

Try OBS (Open Brodcasting Software) IMO its better
