I am buying a new pc with 2 sticks of ram(8gb 3200) ryzen 5 5600G gtx 1650 256 ssd and a 700 gb hdd is 400w enough power or not(i plan to use it for gaming) (one stick is 8gb 3200)

If you create a https://pcpartpicker.com/ part list, it'll give you a rough estimate of how much wattage you'll likely need.

Desktop: KiRaShi-Intel-2022 (i5-12600K, 5060 Ti) Mobile: Moto Razr 50 Ultra (Razr+ 2024) | 30GB CAN+US+MEX $30/month
Laptop: Lenovo Yoga 7i (16") 82UF0015US (i7-12700H, 16GB/2TB RAM/SSD, A370M GPU) Tablet: Lenovo Tab Plus (256GB)
Camera: Canon M6 Mark II | Canon Rebel T1i (500D) | Canon SX280 Music: Spotify Premium (CIRCA '08)

with a 100w gpu and a 65w cpu, plus the drives and ram all should be within the 400w rating. using a calculator (with rough stats as im not sure what else you have) i only got a max of 265w.

https://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator you can try and use this. granted the site didnt have the 5600g, although the 5600 is rated at 76w so its technically overestimating.

i would check yourself though either going with the pcpartpicker route or the calculator route to really make sure

The important part is that modern computers need to have that amount of watts on the 12v output of the power supply

Power supplies output 3.3v , 5v and 12v  and cheaper power supplies often reserve a part of the total wattage for the lower voltages (3.3v and 5v) and a part for the 12v output - so for example, a 450 watts power supply could be capable of delivering only 300 watts on 12v, and 150 watts on 3.3v and 5v.

If you buy from  a known brand, look on the label or the specifications, and  you'll see a current amount, a number with A at the end ... you multiply that by 12 to get the total watts that can be given on 12v output.

A Ryzen 5600 should go up to 50-60 watts, the GTX 1650 shouldn't consume more than 100 watts (if it doesn't have extra power connectors, it will consume less than 75w when gaming, and only around 10-20 watts when you're in Windows or watching videos on Youtube),  a mechanical drive consumes 6-10 watts, a SSD consumes an average of 2-3 watts, each stick of ram consumes 1-3 watts, each fan consumes 1-2 watts.

The motherboard will consume maybe 10-15 watts to power the chipset, the onboard network and audio cards, and other things around the motherboard.
