Any signs of blinking lights or any sort of beeping? You could try using integrated graphics by plugging you cable into your motherboard instead of your graphics card.

No blinking lights that I see. I don't have Integrated graphics, it's a ryzen 5 2600x, b450m pro4, and a 3060ti fe

Have you tried removing your gpu and plugging your hdmi into your motherboard (instead of gpu) to see if there is a display output?

You sure you didn't by a mistake touch the power button on the PSU, or unplugged it?

24 hrs later, and every troubleshooting step attempted twice. I don't have a single clue to the problem, but I'm proud to say I disassembled the entire pc and hooked it up like a test bench and it just works. WTF. At least I know nothing is damaged from it running for a while now.

When you cleaned it, did you pull the gpu out? If you did, it was probably shorting on the case. I've seen it happen before. Difficult to diagnose.

I did pull out the gpu. Would you mind explaining how the short would occur so I know for future reference.
