Google FRP locked after hard resetting the phone

I have a Xiaomi Redmi note 11 pro 4G and I hard reset it 2 days ago. I don't remember neither it's screen lock password nor the signed in google account because i didn't use the phone for a couple months. I did try all my google account but it's not the account which was signed in the phone. I did try to formating the phone remotely but it says "not allowed in locked state", the same error appears when i try to erase the user data. Now I can't unlocked the phone. I did try all the apps that claim to remove the google frp but it has to be purchased to use the app. Is there any other way to unlock the phone?
