Razer Kaira Pro vs Razer Kaira (problem or normal?)

Hi guys, I recently purchased out o curiosity Razer Kaira Pro and Razer Kaira. Both headsets are wireless and they both can be connected via bluetooth or dongle on PC or anywhere else. The problem is that Razer Kaira Pro (the more expensive headset), sounds lower than the normal Razer Kaira, I use both with "Amplifyed" mode and Razer Kaira (simple) sounds much louder, anyone know if this is a defect or is normal?
