Nope! You can just pop the new CPU in and it should boot right up and work without issue. 

Do i need to uninstall something in device manager before upgrading cpu from i5 4590 3.3 ghz to i7 4790 3.6 ghz?

No you don't.
You don't have to uninstall anything to upgrade your CPU.

Just like the answer in your other post, just put the new one in.

Nope

 

Though what price are you getting the 4790 at? May be worth considering a platform upgrade since haswell is ancient, used ryzen 1st and 2nd gen is cheap now
