Big difference in 4090s AIBs?

I have a few options to buy from, like a Zotac Trinity OC or a PNY one. Are there big differences between all the air cooled AIBs?

No, I have never seen any big differences between manufacturers. That all are using the same die for the card. Out of the box there might be minor performance differences but manually over clocking them you can get within margin of error from what I have seen building computers over the years now. 

I you do not want to do any over clocking of the cards you might want to look up reviews of each to check there performance and keep that in mind when making your purchasing decision.
