How to make form that will send it to my Gmail? On my website.

Hi guys, so I need help. I m making site using Google Sites, and I want to make form on one of pages. Form is basically few fields to just people on site enter, and when click send to it pop up in my gmail inbox. I had this on I think GoDaddy, or BigCartel. I have very small amount of knowledge of coding...

Does Google Forms do what you need? It should integrate with their other services easily enough. Why reinvent the wheel?

Yea, I already went to google forms, but it just shows me it like it a school test. Want to customize it more, maybe would find if I spend more time on it. Thanks
