Viotek gnv27db has power but no display

The other day I was rearranging my setup and I unplugged and moved this monitor.

 

When I plugged it back in, it would glow for a couple of seconds, and then shut off. I have tried connecting it with display port as well as HDMI, and I have let it sit unplugged overnight in the hopes to fully power cycle it. 

To be clear, I can't access the monitors menu functions either, because nothing shows on screen. The only button that works is the power.
