Vision B550 D-P is acting wild

Hi, 

 

I have a b550 vision D-P motherboard and the first two ram slot suddenly stopped working today and on my MB the error code of 0d and the DRAM light came on I just built my computer a few days ago (Sunday) and got my MB (motherboard) off ebay brand new I took off my AIO to see if my CPU had any bent pin and it was fine. I also tried the other two ram slot with all four ram sticks and they work. Lastly when I have all four sticks of ram in the computer turns on with the errors codes showing but my monitors stay off.  I also haven't cleared my CMOS after the build since I didn't think that would affect anything

 

Any suggestion on how to fix it could someone explain wat might be the problem??

Well, you can always clear CMOS, just to redress 2 issues - battery check (voltmeter) and see that the BIOS is not fudged.
