question regarding my build

Go to solution Solved by 0s4x,

I agree with @FloRolf, get a 120GB SSD for OS and installed programs, and a mechanical drive for games/movies/music etc.

EDIT:

ill only be downloading a max of 5 games and most are of steam so i dont know it its worth it

In that case, I'd say dont bother with mechanical drive and just go with the SSD you planned to in the first place.

Intel Core i5 4670K

CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler

Samsung 840 EVO Series 250GB SSD

Corsair Vengeance CMZ8GX3M2A1600C8 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3

ASUS Z87-A Motherboard

Microsoft Windows 8.1 64bit OEM

Sapphire Radeon R9 290 Tri-X OC 4GB

Seasonic M12II 750W Power Supply

NZXT Phantom 820

this is my build so far and i was wondering if i should swap the ssd for a hard drive or leave it? in my opinion keep the ssd because it doesn't produce much and and no noise. wht are your thoughts?
