Portable External Monitor Cable Reduction

Mr.Ellipsis

I have a 2017 Razer Blade Stealth and ARZOPA Portable Monitor 2K. The laptop has a single Thunderbolt 3 port used for PD and hubs. The Monitor has 2 USB-C 3.1 ports and a mini HDMI port. I'm able to use the screen with several cable configurations including a single USB-C cable from the TB 3 port to one of the USB-Cs on the screen. BUT while clean, that prevents me from charging the laptop and drains the batter quicker because its now powering the second screen.

I'm wondering if anyone can suggest a hub or splitter that would allow me to still use a single cable to the screen but also provide power delivery to the laptop. I have this Anker 7-in-1 and I can provide the laptop power and run the screen using a USB-A and HDMI from the hub, but not from the USB-C port on the hub.

Any suggestions or an explanation of why that hub configuration doesn't exist would be great . Thank you!
