I found some pretty good deals on refurb/used Z77 Sabertooth boards and I'm wondering if it would be worth it to pick one up since it would fit in my build so well. I also saw that I could get a good price for selling mine.

I would have to reinstall Windows, would this be more of a reactivation so I keep everything like it was, or starting over like a new PC?

Should I do it?

Both refurb:

Thanks.

I don't think the brown would go with your build, but if the pci lanes are filled you wouldn't see it anyway. i loveee the armor on the asus boards. I would do it, remember you'd have to probably redo all the hackintosh dual boot stuff D: It should save your things, when I switched motherboards nothing changed. My windows needs to be reactivated though. I switched from an MSI board to a different MSI board though, so maybe that helped a bit. DO WATCHA WANT!

I happen to know Ninja via the forums and to my knowledge his system is a hackintosh and has windows (dual boot).

It fits my color scheme 100000x better.

Yeah, true. I don't use it too often, but idk. I think I'll submit a lowish offer, it looks so nice :D hopefully Windows will sort itself out at least.

I would just stick with your current board, but if you end up buying it and have a day to kill, you will need to manually wipe and unregister every single driver that is pertinent to the motherboard, swap boards, then reinstall and it should work fine.

It's much more work than reinstall and new PC start, but you keep all your old stuff

Yeah, not worth it. I'll just use white tape or something on my board and maybe upgrade to the 5th gen Intel stuff.
