A program to control my fans

I have a HP laptop and I want to keep my fans at maximum all the time, but my BIOS, and some programs I tried do not let me control them. Are there any more programs that let me control the speed of my fans? I have tried SpeedFan btw.

Microsoft owns my soul.

 

Also, Dell is evil, but HP kinda nice.

Most likely you cant unless your manufacturer has an application for it. Speedfan has been obsolete for the last 12 years, there is absolutely no reason to take any advice suggesting that seriously. If FanControl doesnt work for you and your manufacturer doesnt have a tool for it, dont except a working solution.
