Acer Swift 3 dual monitor setup help. USBC (over DP) -> HDMI (monitor has no dp)

Hopefully the topic doesn't sound too confusing. I'm a monitor-let and don't know more than the fact that it's complicated lol.

So I have this Acer Swift 3 that I would love to hook up to my two external monitors. It has 1 HDMI output then another USBC that only supports Display Port (1.2), while my monitors (2x Huawei 24" AD80HW) only have VGA/HDMI. 

 

How would I go about this, is it even doable?
