I have been watching the channel for years, and had joined in the past, but just recently changed email. Looking at upgrading both my Graphics Card (ASUS RX580 8GB Dual OC) and my PSU (Casecom 700w ATX) on my rig. The list below, also has an additional on-bard SSD (cannot remember) and one SATA SSD (Same - cannot remember details). Looking at the next step (or two steps) up from the current. Looking for power for games including LIGHT Graphic and Video work. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I bought an RTX 2070 Super for $300 on Ebay, it's a very solid card even now.

As far as power supplies, I'm a weirdo who only buys 1000W or higher because I want to upgrade my PSU as infrequently as possible.

Thanks for the advice on the GC, the problem I have is that living in Australia, computer hardware prices are jacked up normally higher than the exchange rate from $USD - so the card you mentioned is $1149 here ($760 USD as of 22/Nov/2022). I will see if I can get a QUALITY one (aka - not a former miner) on eBay. PSU though, may be a bit of an overkill lol

I will see what other people say!

That's rough. Good luck on your search!

I thought it was overkill too until I realized modern GPUs have been documented to pull half that much power. Like I said, I'm a weirdo 😄
