I solved it, turns out I installed another patch

So I have SoS and CoT, along with realistic lighting, but I needed some compatibility patch to get them all to work together, so I did that. Well after that I keep crashing to desktop on the main menu, so I ran BOSS it said that I had accidentally installed one of the compatibility patches for something that I didn't have (RLO for dungeons interior) so I uninstalled that file, but it is still crashing on menu

As a future note, crashes on main menu before trying to load a save is usually either a missing master file (missing a .esm or .esp) or a corrupt UI.
