Unraid windows 10 gpu passthrough graphical issues

I just painstakingly setup unraid to be headless as I only have a Quadro P4000 in the system on Ryzen and wanted to pass it through to a windows 10 vm. I finally got it to work with no error 43 and drivers installed. Although I'm having random graphical issues. I am only logged in through Teamviewer. There is a monitor attached as well. But some of the issues I've had are that I cannot scroll in the Windows settings. I can see the scroll bar moving, but it does not scroll on screen. I've tried to ge the minecraft launcher working (it showed the launcher without the passthrough), but now I cannot see the launcher. 

 

I can see the gpu working just fine in task manager too. No issues with the driver in device manager as well. I have hyper V disabled in unraid for the VM as well.

 

Edit: Also I'm having issues with the microsoft store just not loading properly. The app opens, but it loads only some visual elements. Its missing most of the items on the store visually.
