My mouse and keyboard have been giving me a lot of problems recently and idk why. The mouse will do what’s on the video on and off throughout using it and my keyboard will randomly just not let me input anything. And to top it all day yesterday when I went to the home page it was like my m&k were disconnected but I could still see the cursor but I couldn’t interact with anything or use any input without a restart or unplugging and replugging the m&k. I just built this pc 1 month ago and has ran fine up until this last week. This is my build https://pcpartpicker.com/user/jwright4532/saved/#view=xwqv4D and my keyboard is a Logitech g213 my mouse is a cooler master mm711 but these were literally just bought 3 days ago and I bought them to try and get rid of the stuttering problems in the video.  Please help if you can. Thank you.
(sorry about the ozark audio it’s just the best way to show the problem. )

Does everything freeze or just KB & Mouse? Like if you are playing a video, does that freeze for a moment as well?

Which operating system are you using?

Anyhow, if you are using a USB hub, try without it. Try plugging in everything into different USB ports.
Check if there is a BIOS update for your mobo.

Could you try plugging those peripherals into a different USB socket? It could be a malfunctioning motherboard IO.

I’ve tried all different motherboard usb plugs and case usb plugs. Some seem to work better then others but it still has the problem.

Sometimes it’s everything that freezes sometimes it’s just the mouse.

That sounds to me like (from most likely to least likely): 1) CPU 2) Mobo 3) RAM issue.
Like I said, see if there is a BIOS update available for your mobo, that is the easiest & cheapest troubleshooting step, so try that 1st.
