hello guys, 
recently my friend got new 5600x,

so whenever he use his galax3060ti with AMD 5600x it doesn't work properly, like whenever he update his GPU driver it just stuck in a bootloop. but if you use any other GPU with 5600x ( like EVGA 1060, ichill 3060ti, rtx 3080) it works completely fine with it no problem at all.

Ive tired on different motherboard still same issue it just stuck on boot. what could be the issue?
