PC boots but doesn't output video

Guys I have a problem

 

Today tried booting my PC as normal, but after motherboard logo it stops outputting video. 

 

I can even get into Bios and everything, although for some reason resolution there is only 800 x 600 for some reason.

 

Anyone knows what I can try? PC was working literally today. I turned it on, did some work and turned it off for 6 hours. Tried turning it back on and now this happens.

 

EDIT: I've tried both CPU and GPU outs, same thing on both 

 

PC passes all boot checks, I get no errors

 

 

EDIT 2: So as it turns out PC actually boots into windows. I waited for a bit after turning it on, then entered my password and I know it booted. I got windows notification sound and my RGB lights turned white, meaning Corsair software kicked in.

 

So where is my video output????

PC actually boots into windows, but I get no video out for some reason...

Hm, can you check your display cables? maybe try a different monitor or connection type?

I've tried HDMI and DP cables, tried CPU and GPU outs. Tried different RAM, same thing.

 

I turn the PC on, monitor responds, I get motherboard logo on the screen for a second, and then "No Signal" from the monitor.

No, I can't get a video out past Bios and "Press Del to enter Bios" screen

@191x7 From what I understand its either CPU or the motherboard. Ive tried my GPU and RAM I another PC and they work fine, as well as trying different GPU and RAM in mine .

 

I doubt its a PSU as symptoms are not looking like dead PSU 

 

Could a bad SSD cause this? When swapping RAM for a couple of times I got "Boot" LED staying on, and nothing happening. But it should be blinking of there is an error, not staying on permanently

Than boot from a Windows install media (DVD or USB) and enter Safe Mode by using it.

Or enter Parted Magic and check the drive health.

Or enter Hiren's Boot Cd and check there, has a ton of tools.

Or boot any other Linux and check.

You can even install another OS on another drive and check if it's alright (if it will boot).

I've tried, but any time I try to change boot priority on Bios, screen goes black. 

 

I have no idea what dark magic this is now

Turns out it's not a PC at all, it's a monitor issue. I've got an HDMI cable that I know 100% works (The one I tried before is not working), and it works off of it. 

 

Apparently I have a broken monitor (again). DP simply isn't working, even with a working cable, I don't get a signal. Amazing. 3rd broken monitor in 2 months. Happy me

@191x7So after going through reddit and other forums regarding LG monitors, it turned out ALOT of LG monitors have this problem where DP port simply stops working...

 

Solution? Turning off/on and resetting monitor settings fixes the problem.

 

I'm sorry LG but what the f*ck? I've just spent my entire evening on my day off troubleshooting my entire setup to to find out LG monitors have to be unpluged and pluged back after some time.
