Export contacts to VCard (.vcf file) version 3 in Android 11

I have a Nokia G21 running stock Android 11. I need to export all contacts in VCard or .vcf file version 3. Currently it only exports in version 2.1.

How do I export all contacts to VCard version 3? Or, how do I convert existing VCard 2.1 file to version 3?
