Not sure whether to be grateful or mad at my dog... Enough said, I've got ruined Astros and $150 to buy a new headset. Any recommendations? I'm thinking audio technica, but I may need a mic (although I have an external one it easily picks up my mechanical keyboard) and I'm concerned about there "foot" head strap design. Thanks in advance!

If you have a nice sound card Vengeance 1400 if you want wireless and you dont have a soundcard then Vengeance 2100 the 1400s are around 70 and 2100 are around 120ish I think I havent checked for a while.

Sennheiser PC360 would the best option for a headset. You could take a look around in the Audio sub-forum for a pair of headphones and then just get $10 Zalman mic-on clip for it. Also, stay away from the ATH-M50 if you do any gaming as it has really narrow soundstage.
