Workstation Laptops

Hey guys,

 

I am looking for pretty much the best workstation laptop that money can buy. It has to have the RTX A5000 graphics card. Does anyone have recommendations?

 

The best processor in a laptop with this gpu I could find was an i9 11950. Do they not make 13th gen workstation capable cpu?

There are no 13th-gen mobile Core processors yet; that probably won't happen until December or January. As it is, 12th-gen will be just peachy.

Do you have any recommendations on 12th gen i9 with an A5000? I haven't been able to find anything newer than 11th gen!

 

The software that will be ran is called Fast Suite, unsure if it performs better with more cores or faster cores.

I suspect you're not finding A5000-equipped systems with newer processors because that's no longer the graphics chip NVIDIA offers in that performance tier. Lenovo is selling ThinkPad P1 Gen 5 models with both a 12th-gen Core i9 and RTX A5500, for example. So, unless you're literally not allowed to have something newer than the A5000, get an A5500 machine and enjoy the speed boost.

I appreciate the help, the list I was given had only the A5000 on it, but lets be real, they probably didn't know about the A5500.
