keep a window always on top

is there a way to always keep a chrome window on top so when im playing a game the window is still on top so its not behind the game window and i cant see it?

Download Microsoft Power Toys from the Microsoft store. It works on both Windows 10 and Windows 11. There are also a number of other very useful features included.

it works but when im in a game its not working its still not on top
