I'd recommend not getting a PSU like that. Never ever heard of SilentiumPC.

What country are you purchasing in?

SilentiumPC is sold in the Brit land, they actually make some decent units, but I'm sure improvement could be used down there.

32gb RAM, different SSD, different case, different monitor... and CPU. Well at that point you would of replaced everything save for the 6600 lol.

Maybe a more airflow focused case but that choice comes down to personal preference.

Think about getting a Ryzen 5 5600 instead (really cheap in Europe at the moment, just bought one for 147€).

!!!The Ryzen 5 5500 does not have PCI-E 4.0 support!!!

Why not like...

$40 more expensive, but there are cheaper cases that have full mesh front. This one can accompany a 360 rad up front, and such, however.

Try these:

For 20 bucks more you're getting an SSD that multiplies the performance and the reliability of the Kioxia you picked, in every imaginable way possible.

You gonna need a board to couple that up with, obviously. Can still be had for $1000 easy.
