Looking to buy a new monitor for around 300

im looking for a good monitor to buy for 300 ive come cross this

as a lead for what i want, i want 165hz due to it being from what I've been told, indistinguishable from 240, but i want something that's very eye candy, like something that can really show Minecraft shaders so i was thinking 2k is a good leap from 60hz 1080p, though I'm fairly certain someone of yall have a better idea so I'm coming here as a guide before i go on and purchase something, thanks in advance :).
