Advice on WiFi adapter to buy

Matias_Chambers

So I recently moved and I don't have access to ethernet at the moment. Looking to buy a WiFi adapter for my PC. I think I need a USB adapter instead of PCIe because I don't have much space. After a quick google search I am thinking the ASUS USB-AC68 AC1900 is the best option. Budget is about 85 USD max, could maybe pay more if performance is a lot better. Main thing I am looking for is a stable connection for gaming. Range shouldn't really be an issue. Any better options or does anyone think I should try a PCIe card?

After the internal options I've tried wound up failing, I gave up and went to a 1200mbps USB dongle. It has never given me a problem. Even if it did, it can be swapped out in seconds if you have a spare handy.

I'm not sure where the exact one I have came from, as it was a gift, but this one seems very similar.

Just ordered the T3U Plus since its cheap and the reviews seem good enough. Can always upgrade if it somehow ends up being terrible.
