Bios Worries

Hey guys, i am currently trying to get the money to build my first gaming computer. I have built them before at a work experience course with my high school but all the Bios and technical stuff was done by the actul profesionals that means that i am comfortable with actully building it and wiring and what not but i was wondering if there is anything in particular i had to do in the Bios or are they fully set up out of the box?

Usually have to enable XMP and sometimes fiddle with a few other things.

It'll be set up and ready to go out of the box apart from XMP maybe, but that's very simple to enable, and your PC will work without it.

All you'll need to do is install your operating system, which is as simple as putting in the disk or USB and following the on screen instructions.

you might have to set boot priority, otherwise no not really. enable xmp if youre brave

 

any nice board will have an easy to understand uefi with hint windows.

As i am a noob with everything Bios i will most likely stick to thw basics for now until i get more experience..

one more thing... is it worth going 4770k or tone it down to 3770k (i will overclock eventually)
