i recently Updated my iCUE software to v 4.29.203, but every light turns into Lilac-type color after seconds of closing iCUE. the only way to revert it is to restart the system it seems.

is there any way to fix this?

edit: this also happens while having iCUE open all the time, but only after a few minutes of typing

Try setting your Hardware Lighting. Separate menus, separate settings, defaults to hardware lighting when iCUE is not running. I have heard that 4.29 has issues, and I think I myself might even have reverted to a previous version. Do you also have Asus Aura on GPU or board? That was an issue on my setup. I just checked and I'm using 4.28.174.

Due to the above, I've likely revised posts <30 min old, and do not think as you do.
