Customizing windows 10 iso file question

The official way is with the Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit.

The easy way is NTLite.

If you want to install software in a system image, you'll need to install Windows, then your software, then use the Sysprep utility to generalize and reseal the installation so you can make a new installation image out of it.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

Weird seems to work on my end. Make sure that wherever you are running it has 20GB free space since it has to unpack the WIM and generate a new one. I'll play around with it some more. What are the exact conditions that happened?
