About 5 days ago right out of the blue while playing a game my pc suddenly shut down and rebooted. Upon start up I was prompted with the message Asus anti-surge was triggered to protect system from unstable power supply. These occurrences happened a few times over the next few days, most often right after start up when launching a game, while playing a game and sometimes (rarely) when my pc is just idling. Lately the problem has gotten worse with my pc crashing almost every time try launching a game, also sometimes my monitor blacks out with a little bar indicating no DVI signal and my fans (case fans and graphic card fan) suddenly crank up. When this happens i can still hear sound and all the lights in my pc are still on, I have to power down when this happens. I tried updating my bios today version 1802(first time I ever did it) but it didn't do anything in fact I now have another problem, I now get blue screens I'm pretty sure its related to this because when I updated my bios I had to reapply my Overclock, using the exact same setting as before. Any help or tips would be appreciated

Remove the overclock and clear hit MemOK which will clear all the frequency settings like your memory clocks etc and reset them to defaults.  Try a different power supply, If you cant get a replacement you dont need 860watts for your computer, even 600watts is more than enough.

I loaded system defaults in the bios but it didnt do anything.
I downloaded Hardware monitor to see what my psu voltages were. 3.3 and 5v seemed normal even the 12v was even though it droped down to about 11v at one point. I tried launching furmark to see if the extra load on the psu would affect voltages however it shutdown immediately. I also turn off Anti-Surge but it did nothing, instead of suddenly shutting down my pc fans (case and graphic card fan i think) go really loud and my screen blacks out.

Well I seem to have fixed the problem. I reset the CMOS and unplugged and replugged all the cables leading to the PSU as well as on the Motherboard. I think it was replugging the cables that actually solved the problem not the CMOS.

You should definitely run a stress test on your cpu, graphics card and memory now and see if its stable.  Maybe some of your cables were just plugged in wrongly.
