Colored paint in edges of pcb in wifi card, safe

I took out my newly nought gigabyte wifi 6e pcie card to install and saw yellow and pink paint on the edges of the wifi card. I cleaned it with isopropyl alcohol and it leaked into the top of the pcb and left some residue (the alcohol, I made sure to clean the dissolved paint). Is it safe to connect? The first photo shows the pink paint and second the q-tip used to clean and dissolve the yellow paint.
