Building PCs from scratch up is not profitable, there are already many systembuilders that sell the hardware cheaper in bulk than any person could. It's basically a fact.

then how will I get enough money to make a good pc for myself?

You can't build anything better than a barebones PC for web-browsing and office tasks for this budget. A person who wants that will just go buy some shitbox Dell/HP/Acer/etc. and get a warranty and support.

In general, building PC's and selling them as an individual is not very profitable. At best you can make a little bit of extra spending movie by looking for deals on used parts locally and on eBay and then assembling them into systems, I've done it a bit myself in the past, but this has to be looked at as a hobby and not as a serious money-making endeavor. Even the YouTubers who make videos about going on "parts hunts" and building PC's to sell are really making their income from YouTube, the parts hunting and building is just for the sake of content and any money made from selling the systems is purely supplementary.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
