The Pro Edition drivers are for AMD workstation cards. Why are you running them for an RX 6600?

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

The pro driver is literally not even compatible with your card.

I don't give a damn. The link above explicitly says which cards the pro driver is for.

What are your full specs?

You need to use DDU(display driver uninstaller) and uninstall the drivers, then from the download page for your exact card install the newest driver.

These specs should be fine, I would say it's most likely a software issue or possibly an issue with the way the card is installed. You should reseat it and make sure it's properly seated and properly plugged in with the power cables. But if I had to guess it's the drivers or bios, update the bios. DDU the drivers and reinstall the correct ones for that specific card.

DDU is the program that gets rid of old GPU drivers.
