Browser makes sound shuttering

Hello. When ever I open new page, tab, or scroll trough heavy page music/sounds starts shuttering. It doesn't matter if sound is from browser or from player(for example VLC) . Any ideas? Drivers most likely?

Well ram is sitting at 44%. And It can't be cpu. Even if i run stress test, music still plays fine.

You can't "max out" ram

The only thing I can think of is the CPU is working hard to do all of the tasks it needs to

what? I was using "max out" in laymen terms. You can utilize all of your ram at once, I had a problem a few weeks ago, a program was causing a memory leak and my ram was sitting at 99%, caused lots of stuttering issues with audio and games etc, I had to hard restart each time.

Just that It happened to me and caused audio stuttering

I was thinking of it like a cpu, not using ALL of the ram, my bad.

You can do that too, you could have 100% CPU usage. You can have 100% everything usage in a PC, max out your ram, fans gpu, - they all have a ceiling they cannot run above

anyway :) perhaps we should let people help the OP :P

@JuztBe have you tried to see if the problems exists on a different browser?
