GPU spiking to 100 %

OK so yesterday i updated my bios to the latest version and today i noticed that my fps in the game was worse , so i looked up the task manager and saw that my gpu is spiking to 100 % randomly even when im not gaming , if i open a program or do sth it just jumps to 100% . I have 10700k , asus z490p , rtx 3080 palit gaming .

Any random websites that you might have downloaded from??? Scan for viruses and malware (such as malwarebytes) to ensure you don't have one of those GPU mining viruses.
