Budget (including currency): $1500 - $1600 CAD

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Minecraft, Astroneer, School Work, Emulators,

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):
I need a monitor and a keyboard but I already have a mouse. I'm using a laptop right now but it's pretty old and I want to build my next computer. Hoping to get at least 60 FPS in most games for at least the next 5 years.

Currently my build is at $1643 with tax so I'm trying to lower it to around $1550. I'm willing to wait around a year before building in case GPU prices drop but I can't wait anymore than that.
I'm also not sure if I have enough case fans for my PC so any advice on that would be appreciated.

You should avoid the R5 4500 as it is terrible. Also the 1660 Super isn't worth $385.

Something like this would be better. You could probably swap out the SSD for a 1TB model as well. The psu is overkill, but it is a good price for a Tier A unit.
