I would go with a 650w psu for future proofing and headroom.

Not enough wattage.

Please consider going with a 12400f and Gigabyte B660 Gaming X AX motherboard for upgradability etc.- 11th gen was pretty trash and is no longer a supported socket.

I would go with this PSU [SeaSonic FOCUS Plus 650 Gold]. You should at the very minimum have a 650W power supply for this build.

I think that you need at least a 700/750w power supply for that system

pc part picker says the usage is 389W isn't it overkill, even for future proofing upgrades

I did some research, and I guess it wouldn't be that big of an overkill but now I saw that the high line up of 30 series and the coming 40 series would need an 850W at least.

Since the price between 750 to 850 isn't that big would going for a 850W psu like an RM850X corsair would be better as a "buy now and never upgrade" part instead of buying one cheap now and one in the future. (equivalent to $211 vs $172 (RX750X))

Heard that it is one of the better psu on the market and that they last basically last forever with a 10 year warranty.

Do the prices on psu change throughout the time?
