Does it matter which brand of GPU I buy

Recently I've been getting into MMOS like Black Desert and I need a better GPU to play it smoothly at high settings, 3060 Ti looks like the goldilocks zone for me. 

So, should I buy the cheapest one? the cheapest one is Gainward Ghost LHR RTX 3060 Ti at Є500, other options include MSI VENTUS 3X OC LHR RTX 3060 Ti for just Є30 more (which is a triple fan)

Should I buy the cheapest one? 
Is there a difference between Triple and double fans?
Anything else I need to know?

The main difference is the cooling, and customer support, though in this specific case I wouldn't really say it matters for customer support since MSI isn't great either and you have to contact retailer anyway in Germany if something goes wrong.

 

If you care about noise or temps, get the MSI. If not, go for the Gainward one.

Just get the Gainward and save some money. These cards don't run hot and use fairly low power, especially if you undervolt.
