New intel 2066 cooler?

Have a brother running an intel 7920X, but the cooler he's been using on it is some repurposed socket 775 cooler he made work with zip-ties.

Old cooler also only had 90mm fan and 3 heatpipes. so an upgrade in those regards would be nice too. No real budget, but we would like something realistic. Highest price I was looking at was the ice giant pro-siphon elite, but I was concerned about RAM compatability so I think a traditional cooler would be cheaper and not run that compatibility risks.

I'm running a Noctua D15 on my 7920X. Does fine at stock. 8 sticks of ram fit under it, but check according to modules and mobo layout.
